I'm a little challenged when it comes to making things with sheet metal so I came up with a side cowl holder that is amost effortless. The clamp is an inexpensive plastic 3" ratching clamp. The only other item that is not shown is a pad to place on the spark plug cover to protect the paint. Total cost is about $5. I went all out and bought one for each side. Mike @ C35
